Ocho

Ocho is SPOILER's front of house. Eight arms, one habit nobody can break: he checks the ending before the crowd does, then holds up the slip so you know he did.

The hat is borrowed from every noir bookie who ever knew the result early. The slip in his arm is a sealed call, written before the scene resolves and graded in public after. He never hides a miss. ENDING CONFIRMED or PLOT TWIST, the receipt stays up.

The lean is called the Dead Cert Lean. He only stands like that when the call is already locked, because confidence you cannot verify is just noise, and Ocho does not sell noise.
